  • Appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, please request 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancelations or changes within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

  • If you are over 10 minutes late to the scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe.

    If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes past your scheduled appointment, it is considered a “no-show” which may incur in a fee.

    If the item is faulty, our returns team will assess the faulty item on return in its new and unused condition. If approved, the returns team will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced promptly.

    No returns for items undamaged or fault-free.
